We have just released version 2 of CRISPy-web featuring full support for CRISPR-BEST, in both C-to-T and A-to-G modes. To focus on sgRNAs that can be used for introducing codon changes, simply run CRISPy-web just like before, and then on the result page check the "Show CRISPR-BEST output" box. If you want to further narrow down results to sgRNAs that introduce stop codons, use the "Show only STOP mutations" checkbox. See figure 7 in the supplemeentary material for an example.
